I had a great experience dealing with Gabe. Very professional while being pleasantly personable. She was extremely accommodating to my needs in terms of possessions at the house. Also negotiated sale price very intuitively. I can honestly say that this house sale has and will benefit both of us😊. Almost forgot! The day of closing was on a Friday and Thursday night/ Friday morning there were severe storms! Knocking out power and it literally looked like a bomb went off! Trees and limbs everywhere. Gabe took pictures and contacted me. Potential damage? House/Garage/privacy fence? She and I worked together to determine that there wasn’t any damage but rather extensive yard clean up. Which we negotiated thru and closed by end of business on Friday. She allowed me to perform the clean up post closing. Trust and integrity is still something essential in this world today.
